Christina Benoit RN; RH, is a practicing Clinical Herbalist registered with the Ontario Herbalist Association. As a Registered Nurse Christina understands the complexity of the body mind interrelationships and has been supporting people in their health for over 18 years. In 2023, she graduated from Abrah Arneson’s 3-year apprenticeship program.
Understanding both our contemporary medical system and the holistic support offered by herbal medicine, Christina is in a unique position to bridge the two different medical paradigms. Christina also teaches Yoga and is a Reiki practitioner. Christina approach to sharing the both the pragmatics and miracles of plant medicine is founded on the respect for nature and all she offers. Christina is passionate about helping individuals find their plant allies while on their journeys to health.
