Craig Cormack has been working in the field of Integrative Health for almost 30 years. He spent 15 years under the wing of Sifu Irving Leong of the Seven Stars Tai Chi School in Montreal. During this time, he learned and taught the 119 Wu Manch Tai Chi form, weapons, push hands and self defence. Craig also learned 2 levels of Qi Gong and Tai Chi Nei Qong from Sifu Leong.
Craig also achieved the mastery level of Reiki under masters Sifu Elizabeth Gilberg and Sifu Marlon Wilson. Craig studied with world-renowned acupuncturist Dr. Mario Wexu and graduated from the L’Intstut d’Acupunture Et de Massotherapie Chinoise Wexu in Montreal. He has subsequently taught courses for many years in Chinese Massage (Tuina) and Acupressure.
Craig’s focus is to help his students to be the best version of themselves, ultimately to empower them. It is his pleasure and privilege to teach at Ecole Setsuko.
