Introduction to Structural Myofascial Therapy® (SMFT) NDG

What to expect:
You’ll explore how fascia really works (based on the latest research), learn effective techniques that hydrate the fascia, creating increased mobility, and discover how to assess posture and movement in a way that actually makes sense. We’ll move, we’ll feel, we’ll practice—and we’ll wrap up with a full session demo, followed by open Q&A to make sure you leave confident and inspired.
