What You’ll Learn

This intensive workshop is designed for massage therapists who want to elevate their sports massage practice using efficient, evidence-based techniques. The focus will be on lower-body performance and recovery, integrating both active and passive methods, including:

• Positional Release Techniques
• Active Myofascial Work
• Passive Myofascial Work
• PNF and Targeted Stretching

Participants will gain hands-on experience treating the major structures of the hips and legs, including:

• Gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus
• Hip external rotators (piriformis, gemelli, obturator, quadratus femoris)
• Hip flexors (iliopsoas, tensor fasciae latae, sartorius, rectus femoris)
• Quadriceps group
• Hamstrings group
• Calf complex (gastrocnemius, soleus)
• Supporting fascia and connective tissues
