Champi – Ayurvedic Head Massage Workshop

If you’ve ever held stress in your head, jaw, or shoulders (which… basically all of us do), this workshop is going to feel like a deep exhale for your whole nervous system.

Champi is a traditional Ayurvedic scalp and head massage that uses warm oils, rhythmic movements, and gentle pressure to quiet the mind and soften tension. It feels extremely soothing — almost like your brain finally gets permission to stop “doing” for a while.

In this workshop, you’ll learn:

• How to work the scalp, neck, shoulders, and face in a way that calms the nervous system
• How to choose oils and herbs based on a person’s current stress state (Vata, Pitta, Kapha)
• How to make and use herbal poultices to help release tightness and support relaxation
• How to recognize what your client needs today and adjust your pace and pressure

This is hands-on learning, very relaxed, and easy to follow. You’ll be practicing on each other, so be ready to receive some lovely calming work too.

Perfect for: massage therapists, bodyworkers, students, holistic practitioners, and anyone curious about Ayurveda.
