Step into the world of Cupping Therapy with this hands-on, practical course designed for massage therapists and holistic health practitioners who want to deepen their skills. You’ll learn how to safely and effectively use both static and silicone cups for a variety of therapeutic goals—from releasing stubborn trigger points to supporting the lymphatic system and reducing chronic pain.

This course focuses on modern cupping applications for today’s common pain patterns. You’ll learn strategic cup placements backed by over 25 clinical pain charts, giving you quick-reference tools for conditions like back pain, sciatica, neck tension, and joint issues. We also explore traditional techniques drawn from multiple systems of medicine—including meridian lines from Traditional Chinese Medicine, marma points from Ayurveda, and hijama points from Islamic medicine.

You’ll gain real experience applying techniques such as:

  • Stationary/static cupping

  • Silicone cupping for mobility and contouring

  • Trigger point cupping
