This one-day intensive brings together three complementary approaches to sustaining a long, healthy practice as a massage therapist. You will strengthen your body, protect your energy, and enhance your therapeutic techniques in a way that supports both you and your clients.
Through a combination of posture alignment, core strengthening, Qigong, and dynamic movement, you will gain practical tools to prevent injury, avoid burnout, and create more effective treatments. The focus is on developing sustainable body mechanics, learning how to harmonize energy between therapist and client, and incorporating movement principles into your work for greater therapeutic results.
