Table Shiatsu Workshop – NDG

Table Shiatsu: Immerse yourself in the foundational principles of Shiatsu, where you’ll gain the knowledge and skills to effectively apply the principles of body leverage, rhythm, breath, mobilizations, and stretches on the table. Additionally, you’ll explore the realm of energy exchange and working with the body’s meridians, by understanding how to harmonize and enhance energy flow throughout the body.

The focus will be to seamlessly integrate these techniques into a full session, creating a holistic and transformative approach to bodywork. This workshop will inspire you to connect with the art of Shiatsu, enabling you to provide a comprehensive, grounding and revitalizing experience for your clients.
