Therapeutic Flights – Acro Thai Yoga Workshop

We could say that therapeutic flights are the place where Thai massage meets acrobatic practice. The strength and alignment of acrobatics will be nurtured by the gentleness and attentiveness of Thai massage. The flights will combine an active base with a passive flyer, where giving and receiving become the vessel in which gravity is challenged and the body finds new spaces of relaxation. The practice of therapeutic flights requires special awareness and bodily listening. We will need strength and technique to be able to support another in a gentle contact, to forget ourselves and become a body that feels and listens to the response of another body. To go deep, we need to go slowly and use gravity to our advantage. Additionally, moving with the breath gives us the opportunity to synchronize.
