Prerequisites:  None
May 2 – Jul 18, 2026 from 10 am to 5 pm

In the second part of the therapeutic massage course, students will learn how to locate and identify specific tensions and structures in the body while learning how to address them with targeted approaches. Working with the different layers of tissue and understanding how they all work together in a multidimensional and holistic way is part of formulating assessment and treatment plans.  An in-depth comprehension of the relationship between our own biomechanics, anatomy and anatomical structures is the foundation of this work. Injuries and pathologies, neuromuscular approaches (MET, activation, stretches and mobilizations) will be added as part of the target techniques tool bag.
