This end-of-day session offers the perfect transition from work into evening. Through slow, intentional movement and longer-held postures, you’ll gently release accumulated tension in the hips, spine, and shoulders while inviting the nervous system to settle.
Each class creates space to pause, breathe, and soften — helping you shift from doing into being. Sessions close with a deeply restorative relaxation and guided body scan to encourage integration and regulation.
Jasper’s clear, somatic approach weaves together breath, mindful movement, and subtle awareness, leaving you feeling grounded, renewed, and fully present in your body.
