Knee & Ankle Rehab Workshop – Target Series

Explore the intricacies of therapeutic touch in our Advanced Knee Massage Workshop – Target Series with Jenni Lee. This workshop is designed for experienced massage therapists, offering specialized training that delves deep into the structures of the knee, covering comprehensive techniques for assessment, testing, and addressing common injuries.

Throughout the workshop, you’ll gain valuable insights into the anatomy of the knee joint and surrounding structures, enhancing your ability to identify potential issues and imbalances. From ligaments and tendons to muscle groups, you’ll develop a nuanced understanding of the knee’s biomechanics.

In addition to hands-on massage techniques, the workshop will incorporate strength-building exercises to complement your massage practice. Strengthening protocols will be explored to empower your clients in their rehabilitation journey.
