Energy in Motion – Power in Posture; A Full-Day Experiential Workshop

Massage therapy is a practice of movement as much as it is a practice of touch. This immersive, hands-on workshop is designed to help massage therapists optimize their body mechanics, prevent injury, and elevate their sessions through fluidity and somatic awareness.

Through guided exercises, partner work, and mindful exploration, you’ll learn to embody strength, balance, and ease in your treatments. We’ll explore the interconnected relationship between posture, breath, and energy, blending practical biomechanics with intuitive movement practices to help you create sessions that are as restorative for you as they are for your clients.
