Introduction to Structural Myofascial Therapy® (SMFT) Dorval

What to expect:
You’ll explore how fascia really works (based on the latest research), learn effective techniques that hydrate the fascia, creating increased mobility, and discover how to assess posture and movement in a way that actually makes sense.
