M.E.T. is a system of massage techniques developed by Kevin Qian, a sports massage expert and International Canadian Massage Champion. After years of battling fatigue and injury from overworking his body, Kevin created a smarter way to deliver powerful treatments without burning out.

This workshop dives into efficient body mechanics, smart pressure application, and movement-based techniques that reduce strain on your hands, wrists, and shoulders — while still giving your clients maximum relief.
