Precision & Performance in Modern Bodywork
Join us for a three-day all inclusive immersive continuing education retreat in the beautiful Eastern Townships of Quebec, held during one of the most vibrant seasons of the year. Surrounded by nature and removed from the demands of daily practice, this intensive offers the space to refine your technique and transform how you work at the table.
The retreat brings together two powerful systems.
Kevin’s Maximum Efficiency Techniques (M.E.T.) integrated with Thai Sports Massage form a biomechanics-driven approach developed through years of hands-on practice, competition, and work with high-level athletes. M.E.T. emphasizes leverage, positioning, and bodyweight efficiency to dramatically improve therapeutic effectiveness while reducing physical strain. Complementing this, traditional Thai massage principles refined through direct training in Thailand introduce assisted stretching, rhythmic movement, traction, and full-body integration.
Integrated within the intensive is Jenni’s Energy in Motion, a movement-based framework centered on core strength, grounded body mechanics, and dynamic flow. This dimension of the training cultivates internal stability, fluidity, and somatic intelligence, ensuring that power is supported by structure and presence.
Together, these approaches create a treatment model that is both technically precise and sustainable for long-term professional longevity.
