Treat Deeper. Move Better. Use Less Effort.

October 31 & November 1, 2026 | 2-Day Intensive | $750 CAD

Your hands shouldn’t have to work harder just because your clients need deeper work.

The Thai Sports Massage Upper Body Masterclass is a two-day hands-on intensive designed for massage therapists and manual therapists who want to deliver powerful, mobility-focused treatments — without destroying their thumbs, wrists, and shoulders.

This isn’t traditional Thai massage.

And it isn’t conventional sports massage either.

It’s an integration of Thai massage leverage, Western biomechanics, joint mobilization, active myofascial work, stretching, decompression and Muscle Energy Techniques — organized into a practical system you can immediately bring back to your treatment room.

THE OUTCOME

By the end of the weekend, you’ll have a new way of approaching the upper body.

Instead of relying primarily on muscular force and repetitive thumb or elbow pressure, you’ll learn how to use:

– Better body mechanics and leverage

– Joint positioning and decompression

– Assisted mobility and stretching

– Active myofascial techniques

– Muscle Energy Techniques

– Thai-inspired compression and movement

– Your body weight instead of brute strength

– Different tools and contact points to save your hands

The goal is simple:

Create more therapeutic input while requiring less physical effort from you.

WHAT WE’LL WORK ON

This upper-body intensive will explore practical treatment strategies for the:

Shoulders • Scapula • Neck • Thoracic Spine • Lats • Chest • Arms

But the goal isn’t to memorize a choreography.

You’ll learn the principles behind the techniques — how positioning, leverage, movement, traction and tissue loading change what the client experiences.

Once you understand those principles, you can adapt the work to different bodies, treatment tables and clinical situations.

BUILT FOR THERAPIST LONGEVITY

If your solution to a tight muscle is always:

“Push harder.”

Eventually, your body pays for it.

My approach was built through years of treating, competing internationally and combining techniques from Thai massage, sports massage, myofascial work and applied biomechanics.

I developed it because I needed my treatments to become more effective without requiring more effort from my own body.

That philosophy became:

Maximum therapeutic effect. Minimum unnecessary effort.

This masterclass will show you how to start applying that philosophy to your own treatments.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Designed for massage therapists, RMTs, bodyworkers and other qualified manual therapists who want to:

– Protect their hands, fingers and thumbs

– Work effectively with larger or athletic clients

– Add mobility into their treatments

– Develop more treatment options beyond conventional deep tissue

– Improve their body mechanics

– Blend Eastern and Western manual therapy concepts

– Build treatments that feel dynamic rather than repetitive

You don’t need to become a Thai massage therapist.

You’re learning how to take the principles that work and integrate them into your own style.
