Thai Table Massage – Traditional Thai Massage Adapted for the Table

This course adapts Thai massage for use on a massage table. Practitioners learn how to apply acupressure and assisted stretches without kneeling or climbing onto the mat, using ergonomic positioning and flowing sequences in supine, side, and prone positions.

Learning Outcomes

• Perform a 60–90 minute Thai Table Massage
• Apply Thai pressure and stretch techniques safely on a massage table
• Adjust traditional movements to Western clinical or spa settings
• Maintain healthy therapist posture and client comfort
• Incorporate energy line work and Thai wellness traditions
