Structural Myofascial Therapy Certificate Program

What is Structural Myofascial Therapy?

Structural Myofascial Therapy is a hands-on bodywork technique focused on releasing restrictions in the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs. By addressing imbalances in the body’s structure and posture, this therapy helps reduce chronic pain, restore mobility, and improve overall alignment. Through deep, targeted pressure and slow, intentional strokes, therapists work to realign the body and support long-term physical well-being.
